OUR STORY - FROM THE START
It all started when my wife read an article about cooking Paella for friends in Sunset magazine over 25 years ago. The intrigue involved the Spanish tradition of guests bringing their own forks and eating directly out of the pan!
AND SO IT EVOLVED...
The journey began with a few friends and evolved into many different venues over the years. (FYI I have never followed the tradition with everyone eating out of the same pan).
I began cooking Paella for larger groups of people over 20 years ago. It started out as an auction donation for my daughter’s school auction and has become a passion and now a thriving business.
My Paellas have been auctioned at Santa Cruz Montessori School, Pacific Collegiate School, Georgiana Bruce Kirby Preparatory School and the Kuumbwa Jazz Center.
Some of my clients include the Bohemian Club and a variety of celebrations and graduations for 20 – 150 guests throughout the Bay Area.
